How will the rebranding affect my existing debt collection claim?

The rebranding will not affect your existing debt collection claim - your account details and the terms of your debt repayment remain the same. Please be assured that our customer service teams will continue to support you with the same dedication and understanding as before. 

Will there be any changes to the debt repayment process?

No, the debt repayment process will remain the same. You will still have access to flexible payment options, including bank transfer, installment plans and even more choices through our enhanced Self-Service Portal.

How will the rebranding impact the communication I receive about my debt?

Communications will now come from Riverty Back in Flow instead of Gothia. With our enhanced letter design and communication flows, we can offer you even easier and faster ways to pay off your open receivables. 

When will the rebranding take effect?

The rebranding takes effect immediately. You will start seeing the Riverty Back in Flow name on all communications and our Self-Service Portal.

Will my account details or reference numbers change?

No, your account details and reference numbers will not change. You can continue to use your existing information to access your account and manage your debt repayment.

How can I verify that communications from the new brand are legitimate?

All official communications from Riverty will include our branding and contact information. If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of a communication, please contact our customer service team directly for verification.

Will there be any changes to the terms and conditions of my debt repayment?

No, the terms and conditions of your debt repayment will remain unchanged. The rebranding does not affect any existing agreements.
